1. Services Offered

Preferred Towing & Recovery LLC offers towing services. We help with roadside assistance, vehicle recovery and transport. Our services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However we may not be able to provide services during weather, heavy traffic or if we can’t access the location.

2. Service Requests and Estimates

You can request our services by calling us filling out a form on our website or visiting us in person. We provide estimates before we start work. These estimates are not final. The final cost may vary depending on how we need to travel the size of the vehicle how complex the situation is and what equipment we need.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, or company-approved invoicing for fleet accounts.

  • Failure to pay may result in additional fees or impounding of the vehicle until payment is received.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • We are committed to providing careful and damage-free service. However, Preferred Towing & Recovery LLC is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to vehicles

    • Damage resulting from improper loading caused by concealed defects

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible and legally towable.

5. Cancellations and Delays

  • If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay service due to safety concerns, road closures, hazardous conditions, or equipment failure.
